1.BYOND AB Booking & Payment Policies
Commitment:-
BYOND is a personal & professional growth program that follows a clear method and set of tools. As such you are committing to a program of ongoing monthly coaching sessions with frequency either once or twice per month.
The price for a BYOND individual coaching session (55 mins) is 2.200 SEK plus VAT at 25%.
The price for BYOND couples, founders and partners processes is 3.300 SEK plus VAT per session (55 mins).
If you are an individual paying then VAT is included.
Prices will be reviewed at intervals and will likely increase yearly.
Monthly Payments:-
You will receive a monthly invoice on or soon after the 25th of each month that will be according to the invoice information you provide.
Booking:-
Your coach will provide you with a Calendly link to book monthly sessions. It is your responsibility to book sessions in advance using the link provided. If your coach doesn’t have availability for you during one month then you can either book a session with another coach or book two sessions the following month.
Summer Time:-
There will be no sessions taking place in July and you won’t be charged for the month of July.
Non-Binding:-
If you are dissatisfied with coaching or you just want to stop, you can do so at any time with 30 days notice. As part of stopping your coaching and after you have given 30 days notice you and your coach will meet one more time for a closure session. This session will be charged at the regular rate of 2.200 SEK plus VAT (for companies).
Radical Responsibility:-
BYOND is a personal and professional growth process requiring radical responsibility on your part. You will be expected to complete work in between sessions and should your coach feel you are not taking the necessary steps towards your own transformation, your coach may suggest the process be brought to a close.
24-hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:-
We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. To reschedule or cancel a session, use the session confirmation email generated through Calendly. We will consider any session cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours of your next session “used” and you will be charged for that session. From time to time, there are exceptions to this policy which include natural acts of God and occasional unforeseen personal emergencies.
Coach Cancelling Session:-
In the event that your coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, except in the case of an emergency, your coach will reschedule the session using Calendly more than 24 hours in advance and you will receive an email notification of the new date & time and reason for cancelling / rescheduling.
Missed Sessions:-
If you need to miss or skip a session(s) in a month, you will still be charged for the session according to your payment plan, however these unused sessions can be used at any time and never expire, as long as you have followed the 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Taking a Break:-
If you need to put your coaching sessions on hold due to illness, travel, etc., you will continue to be charged under your payment plan, but the unused sessions will stay on your account and available for future use. The sessions will never expire.
Adding a Session to Your Coaching Package:-
If you would like to add a session to your coaching package, you may do so at any time. You will be billed for this additional session at your coaching package rate.
2.BYOND AB Non Disclosure Agreement for Coaching Consultations
Coaching is an Alliance:-
The relationship is defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership between the Coach and the Client. Together the Coach and the Client enter in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:-
Coaching is based on confidentiality. Confidentiality is essential to building the trust needed for an effective working relationship between the Client and Coach. The Coach recognizes that anything the client shares with them is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information, except as required by law and unless it could jeopardize the safety of the client or others.
Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property:
The Coach will not voluntarily communicate the Client’s future plans, performance strategies, routines, business information, or financial information to any other third party.
Intellectual Property of BYOND AB:-
The Client agrees not to disperse, share or reuse the coaching/training materials, techniques, methods, recordings or any other such information unless Client has the written permission of BYOND AB and/or the written permission of the source of that intellectual property.
